Does anyone else have problems with the placement wheel disappearing during a session?

Seems to be there when the “place” button is pressed but gone on the “move” and “copy” buttons.

Its a bug that I’ve put up with for years. Maybe it’s just me? If not… time for a fix 2020 🙂

Hi Nicky,

The wheel will only appear when something is selected on the floorplan.  I see in your attachment that something is selected but it seems odd.  The selection points aren’t at the corners of the cabinet, they seem to be inside it.  That might be the issue or maybe the issue is catalog specific.

I know I can’t recreate the issue in version 11.8 using the sample catalogs. 🙂

It happens on every plan using any catalogue. I’ve asked my support crew here in NZ and they say it’s a known fault. Been waiting for a fix for this for years!! 🙂
