Disappearing window, door, appliance centers or measures

  It seems after a Windows update about a month or two ago. When I go to open any drawings that had all measures correct when closing for my appliance centers, windows and doors…they are now gone. I go to dimensions and make sure they are turned on, I go to hidden items to see if they are there – no. I end up having to delete all appliances, windows and doors and re-insert them. I asked several co-workers and they are having the same problem too. I am on version 11.10.1.1 / 2018-05-22. I have tried reinstalling and also repairing 2020, but that hasn’t helped either. Anyone else having this issue besides our company?
