ParticipantAfter we updated to the newest version of 20/20 Design Live, drawing layout does not print to scale. At 1/2″ it’s roughly 3″ off. We’ve spoken to 20/20 support at least twice about it. They don’t know what the problem is. Is anyone else having this issue?

Robin HernonParticipantI’ve updated as well, but we print everything to PDF and then print it out. We’ve found the lines print out darker for us when we do that- which is a necessity when we’re making copies for everyone. Maybe give that a try? Also, just in general, I’ve found Adobe Pro to be extremely beneficial in supplementing 2020 for small changes.

ParticipantHi Cheryl,
I’ve just updated and have the same issue, my drawing is supposed to be 1:20 scale (metric) on this page and it’s a tiny dot!
Did support end up fixing the problem for you? I’m considering deleting the update and going back to the old version…

ParticipantHi Nicole,
They have not solved this problem as of yet. We’ve only been using drawing layout for perspectives. Anything that needs a scale we print with quick print.

ParticipantThanks Cheryl,
I deleted the new update and went back to the old version. They said it may be fixed in the next round of “bug fixes” but highly annoying!

ParticipantWhen a drawing layout doesn’t print to scale, I always check the print settings first. Ensuring the correct scale ratio and paper size is selected is crucial. I also verify the software’s plot settings and printer calibration to maintain accuracy and prevent distortions in the final printed output.professional photo enhancement services
