I am having trouble saving my template as a .dwt and being able to pull it to for use.  I can make the template, save it as a .dwt and then it isn’t there when I try to select it for the “default template file name.”  Am I missing a step?  I can’t seem to find anything in the forum or Help section.

      Hi Ashley,

I was able to reproduce your issues and am investigating. I also can save the .dwt, but then have difficulty locating it. I thought I might just need to change the location where the .dwt was saved in the search file path, but that doesn’t seem to be working. Let me look into it and I will get back to you.

      Thanks,

      Cindy

Hi Ashley…I have entered a bug for this. I know it was working previously. More info to come.

      Hi Ashley,

This is an issue in the pilot. It will be fixed in the official release in November BUT there is thankfully a work-around.

      1. Go into Options
      2. Click the File tab
      3. Go to Template Drawing File Path
      4. Remove the last “\”
      5. Apply

Your templates should save correctly and you will be able to find them when you set the default.

I have attached a screen shot as well.

      Sorry for the inconvenience,

      Ciudy
