      Hello,
I work IT for a company that implements 2020 Design, issue today is one specific computer is giving problems. It has an NVIDIA Quadro M1000M, but every time she starts up 2020 it gives her an error message saying the driver isn’t compatible. She recently said it has started crashing on her because she is rendering more now.

Is this a driver issue? Graphics card? Could you point me in the right direction?

      Thanks

Some of the NVIDIA drivers are definitely an issue. A recent Nvidia update broke my 2020 rendering so I had to go back to an older driver and then another update came along a week later which fixed it.

Try the different drivers starting with WQHL ones and once you find one that works adequately, switch off driver update checks.

Just FYI, some of the recent Microsoft updates were an issue too. I generally only update once or twice a year now because of this.

      Hello Jovanny

Definitely the video drivers will need to be updated.

I will suggest first to verify directly from the hardware manufacturer and secondly from NVIDIA.

      Regards

Are you using version 11.5.2? If so, have you installed the Hotfix2 that patches an issue with the latest nvidia gpu’s?  http://www.2020.net/DownloadCenter/Download.aspx?vszGUID=7331C0FA-6001-499D-AF81-67827C140B9B

Also, you may want to completely kill the integrated Intel graphics in case 2020 or other software packages use it instead of the nvidia chip.

      Cheers
