Hi, Guys!

Having a new weird problem since I launched the 11.9 update, in that my renderings have this endless floor that I can’t seem to get rid of. I’ve copied and pasted (by selection) the design into a new file to make sure there wasn’t some weird item out in the distance….

Help! This is making my renderings super slow and throwing off the lighting because I’m also getting endless ceiling from the interior view.

Any thoughts?

Hey Patty,

I have never seen an example of the endless floor quite that bad.  Usually a copy/paste will fix it but you said you tried that.  If it is only happening in that 1 file I would try turning off the floor and ceiling in the renderings using the toolbar in the renders.  If its happening in multiple designs the first thing to do is go to your maintenance tools and delete the 2020 registries.
