Error occured while trying to retrieve dynamic profiles

      does anyone know what this error means and how to get rid of it, I can’t use the program and it won’t let me log into the cloud

      Same here! I can’t even use 2020 at all!

      This morning support said a server issue had been reported today.

      She said to wait awhile that they are working on it.

      There was an issue with the cloud server today and would explain why you’ve encountered this. However the issue has now been sorted out so you shouldn’t have any issues signing back in.
