error when opening the edit/create tab

  Added a new catalog Saturday and worked in 2020 design the rest of the day. Tuesday morning I needed to update a multiplier on a different catalog. The 20-20 shut down after hitting the edit/create button. I need in?

  Hi Buzz,
  
  You might just need to run a basic maintenance on your version but it might be that you are trying to run version 9 on Windows 10 without setting the appropriate executable files to run as administrator. Or any of a bunch of other possible reasons 🙂
