We have about 12 PCs that we use for 2020 with all of our sales staff an of course they all have different NVIDA graphics cards.

The PC that I use most often, EZ Render works with zero issues. However, on some of our other PCs with slightly older graphics cards or our brand new windows 11 pcs with difference cards… The EZ render does not function well.

I say it doesn’t function “well” because yes, it will show up with textures, but it doesn’t fully render, for example, mirror textures (from the common textures).

In order for it to show reflections of mirrors, I have to change the other PCs to RedWay3D.

I need to know how we can fix the EZ Render option because my staff is finding it to be very obnoxious to adjust the lighting effects and exposure every single time they open a perspective.

I have already downloaded the GEForce experience, all drivers are up to date.

I have also gone into the Nvidia control panel and changed their program settings for 2020 to use the proper graphics card.

I’ve compared the settings from my Nvidia control panel to the other PCs, but the options are not exact. Even when I change them to be similar to my Nvidia control panel settings, the EZ Render function does not work well.

 

Is anyone else experiencing something similar? Any suggestions?
