We use certain Standards Blocks for multiple projects. Since I did not originally create the blocks I am not sure how or where to find the Catalogs, is there a way to find the link or path back to their original catalog?

      Hi Kat,

If you switch over to the Item list view in the design it will show you which catalog each item in the design came from.

But how do I find where they saved the Standard Block to?  Like which folder under the projects tab?   When you create a standard block and save it to Custom Catalog you create a folder under a project- is there a way to find this from just the block in the drawing if I don’t know it’s original file?

Well it explains why I’m so lost 🙂  This forum is for 2020 Design. 🙂  So I can tell you with 100% certainty that I honestly don’t know if there is a way to see where it was originally saved.  Sorry.

Oh! My mistake then, I thought 2020 Design is what I was using, and CAP Explorer was just the feature I was having trouble with. I didn’t realize they were different.  Well, thank you for trying!
