I am a Freelance Kitchen and Bath Designer with 19 years of experience. I am located in North Carolina, but my preference would be to pick up a client that needs a remote designer. I am able to produce floorplans, elevations, item lists, and 3D renderings (color or black and white line drawings) and email them to you in a PDF format. My experience with both manufactured cabinets, custom cabinetry, traditional framed and frameless construction should make the learning curve for your project relatively seamless.
