Erik TornquistParticipantIs this a common issue others have? It seems only a select few, ie GE, Whirlpool, and others, show up in the catalog listings but others don’t. I’ve re-uploaded some of the other ones numerous of times to try to get them to show but something about the catalog or 2020 prevents them from doing so.

Tim LassiterParticipantSame, the 2020 cloud server is down. I’m annoyed.

ParticipantHi Tim,
Our server is not down at this time and there haven’t been any reported issues with the Cloud today. I’ve checked in my cloud browser and I am able to see Frigidaire among the other appliance catalogs we have. If you are having a cloud issue, I would suggest to clear the clouds cache and then check the Cloud to see if you are still experiencing the same issue.
HERE is the article where you can download our clear cloud cache tool.
If you are still experiencing any issues with the cloud, please reach out to our support department for assistance. You can reach us by calling 1.866.697.2020.
Regards,
Kris

ParticipantHi Erik,
I’ve just downloaded the Electrolux Frigidaire and installed it to the version 13.5 of Design and I am able to see the catalog loaded in my Local Browser. I’ve tested some of the items as well and I am having no issues seeing them in the perspective. If you are having issues being able to see and use the catalog once it is installed, I would suggest to contact our support department so an agent can get connected into your computer and see exactly what is happening. You can contact us by calling 1.866.697.2020.Regards,
Kris

Erik TornquistParticipantThanks, Kris I appreciate it. Still doesn’t show no matter what I do and it seems to be a selective issue.
I’ll contact support tomorrow or Friday.
Thanks again.
