This database is version 13. It shuld by version 14?

Hi Dariusz,
The database needs to be updated to run version 8 of Fusion. This is what this error means.
Please send an email to fusionsupport@2020spaces.com with your Team Viewer details and I will resolve this for you. Failing that you can also call us on 01233 635 533.

problem has been solved 😉
I had to upload an earlier version of the database and upgrade to the latest version.
