Running V12 on a Mac with Bootcamp. Installed the latest drivers from AMD for Pro 580.

2020 doesn’t recognise my card. Is the a solution for?

      Hi Jacky,

Running Design on Bootcamp shouldn’t cause any issues  to occur. I’ve checked out your graphics card and it is fine for our program.

Our program doesn’t decide which graphics to use on the computer, it is the computer that recognises the graphics card and uses it for the program.

Are you experiencing any crashing issues? If so, I would recommend to give our support a call to get some assistance. Our support number is 1.866.697.2020.

I haven’t played with Bootcamp on late series Macs so I don’t know if Windows thinks you have 1 adapter or 2 – you would need to check in Device Manager. If it only shows 1 device then just use the Gaming profile in the Radeon control panel. If it shows 2 devices then there shoudl be an option to either set the Radeon as the default graphics adapter or to select the Radeon as the preferred adapter for design.exe.
