      I have downloaded hardware catalogues, but still cannot find them within my local browser. They also do not come up as options for door pulls, in my styles & pricing or global attributes section. Any ideas?

      Hi Patrick,

      This could do with your license type. If you are using a Design Live Foundation license, you will only be able to use the generic catalog content in the program. If you have a Design Live license and cannot see the catalog, then there may be an issue. If this is the case, I would suggest to contact our support department to have an agent assist you.       If you have a Design Live Foundation license, the only content in the application that you will be allowed to access and utilize will be the standard catalog content. If you have a Design Live license but are unable to view the catalog, there may be an issue with your account.
