  I have downloaded hardware catalogues, but still cannot find them within my local browser. They also do not come up as options for door pulls, in my styles & pricing or global attributes section. Any ideas?

  This could do with your license type. If you are using a Design Live Foundation license, you will only be able to use the generic catalog content in the program. If you have a Design Live license and cannot see the catalog, then there may be an issue. If this is the case, I would suggest to contact our support department to have an agent assist you.
