I’m new to this forum, I have an upgraded version of 2020 Design from 11 to 13.7 on an existing Alien Laptop computer that is crashing. We bought a new computer and need to transfer the software to the new Laptop. We do not have a software disk nor a key fob that can be loaded. Does anyone know how this is performed?
I keep getting disconnected from the 2020 design support and I email support and no response other than a case number. Cyncly is quite challenging to contact and connect to the right source.
