Hi Trevor,
Most of the time when this type of issue happens, it means one of three things.
1. The port its plugged into is not working correctly.
2. The Key is broken
3. The software that reads the program is faulty or wasn’t installed correctly.
Seeing as this is a new machine, I would assume that its the software that is faulty. You can go into the Control Panel and uninstall the “Sentinel Protection Installer” (while the USB is unplugged) and then reinstall it (version 7.6.8)
