      Hi there!

I work for a Kitchen designing company in Australia and it is quite hard to get in touch with support team as there is none here πŸ™

Recently I am trying to use the 360 panorama feature to wow my clients but I am having issues using it. I have registered at 2020.net and yet every time I click on 360 Panorama button, it says ” YOU NEED TO BE A REGISTERED USER AT 2020.NET TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS FEATURE. CONTACT 2020 support team”. I did contact 2020 support team but haven’t heard back from them πŸ™ Is there anybody out there who can help me out? Will highly appreciate it!

      Regards,

Elham ( From the down under!)

      Hello Elham

Most probably some data is still missing in the registration.
Can you please send me your license number at the following address so I can verify: residentialsupport@2020spaces.com

      Regards

Thanks edith πŸ™‚ You are a star! I just wish there was a direct support line available for Australians πŸ™‚ Also do you know how can I edit the title block in 2020? Every time I print out directly or save as PDF, it saves with default title block and I would like to edit that to put in my details. Your help again will be highly appreciated!!

      Hi Elham,

I have a number of tutorials you may find handy – get them for free here:

The one you want is titled ‘Customising Prints’

Also, if you are using V11, I recommend you download and run my ‘Settings Saver’ which will export your current registry settings for 2020 Design to your desktop. if you then ‘lose’ your icons or toolbars etc, you just double click on the registry file on the desktop to get them back.

You need to be registered on 2020.net as well as 2020spaces – 2020spaces is for the forum and cloud, 2020.net is what enables the Panoramic feature (afaik).

The Panoramic feature is reliant on being able to validate your license key and when you register on 2020.net, this is one of the questions asked.

      https://www.2020.net/Register.aspx

Registration seems to be manually approved and takes 1 working day in my experience (I support 30+ users).

      Hello Mike,

I have tried registering but it said tht I am already registered. I can sign in to 2020 net and spacases and cloud on the application it self. but then when I click on 360 rendering it still gives me the same error

      Hi Ugur,
Then I think the only thing is to ask support to sort it out – email all your details including key number to ResidentialSupport@2020spaces.com

      Cheers

      Mike
