High end graphics card and CPU

  Hi,
  
  I am looking to invest in a high-end system so I can do high quality detailed renderings “quickly”. Does anyone know what Graphics card and which CPU’s work best with 2020 Design? I’m willing to spend $7500 for a new system.

  AMD Threadripper pro 3995wx Processor
  
  Nvidea RTX3090 GPU or 3080Ti.
  
  I believe these GPU’s are SLI capable meaning you can install more than 1 and hook them together. Finding one is another story.
  
  Ram is also going to be a concern. 64gb is what i would shoot for. Spending this kind of money I may consider hiring a pro to build it. Keeping it cool is going to be important.
