Hi Jeremy,
If the High Quality render is not working as intended, I would think the issue could be related to Graphics. I would suggest to update your graphics card to the latest driver and if you have an Nvidia card, you can follow the steps below to make a change in the Nvidia Control Panel.
1. (Windows 10) Right click on your Desktop and open ‘Nvidia Control Panel’
1.1 (Windows 11) Right click on Desktop, click on ‘Show More Options’ then click on ‘Nvidia Control Panel’
2. Go to ‘Manage 3D Settings’ tab on the left side
3. Under ‘Settings’, find the option for ‘OpenGL GDI Compatibility’ and change it from Auto to ‘Prefer Compatible’
4. Click ‘Apply’
Now that you’ve done the steps, the High Quality should work as intended. Should you have any issues, you can contact support by calling 1.866.697.2020.
Regards,
Kris
