Hot From the Helpline: Getting Error "Catalogue has been locked"

      After updating Fusion I am receiving “Catalogue has been locked” when opening design files.

      Please try the flowing steps below.

      1. DO NOT replace the catalogue, just close out error message until you are back to customer screen.

      2. Go into manage catalogues and select locked out catalogue and delete it.

      3. Reinstall deleted catalogue via “check for updates”.

      Once catalogue is reinstalled it will be unlocked, if no updates are found after deleting the catalogue please call our support line.
