This can be easily done as part of the process of creating a tile zone:
– Select the wall to tile
– Go to Insert > Coverings > Advanced Wall
– Click New and create the required tiling zone
– With the zone selected, click Modify
– Click Add in the Manage Materials window
– Click Manage my surface materials
– Use one of the import buttons to import your image (.bmp or .jpg) and click Open/OK
– Check the Display my surface materials button and select your image
– Change the size and orientation of the tile to what is needed
– Click OK to confirm
