This notice is to inform you about several issues that were identified on the 2020 December 2015 DVD that affected the HON catalogs.

What are the issues? 

• Abound (HSN) – 2020 December DVD Installation Issue – The December DVD may not update the Seating (HSN) catalog properly for some users. Essentially, the HSN will not work. This issue will only occur if you installed: Post-November Flexnet Update, the December 2020.net Download, and then the December DVD – in that order. Due to the complexity of the combination we do not expect this to affect many customers. Solution: Reinstall the 2020 December DVD, or install the 2020 January – 2016 DVD or the January download from 2020.net.

• Abound (HND) – CAP Panel Builder – When saving panel configurations, segment bars are not being applied to Abound raceway panel configurations. Solution: Fixed on the 2020 – January 2016 DVD update.

• Abound (HDN), Accelerate (HCL) – CAP AutoHardware – The feature may apply top caps to existing panel models causing duplication of top cap. Solution: Fixed on the 2020 – January 2016 DVD update.

• Abound (HDN) – CAP Panel Builder – The feature will create panel configurations for Abound Open Footed Frames and Abound Door for de-emphasized panel models that include the top cap. Solution: Fixed on the 2020 – January 2016 DVD update.
