Install Error

  Hi everyone, i recently downloaded 2020 design and who i try and open the program an error pops up and says the following: “The procedure entry point InitializeCriticalSectionEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll”. Ive trying doing some research about it and nothing worked so far. Has anybody else have this problem before and have a solution? Thanks for any help.

  Which version of Windows are you running? We get that error with XP because the newer versions of the software are not compatible with the old operating system.

  when i open this software this error coming
  
  you have to install the dongle driver to make this application work if u any problm pleas contact 2020 supprt

  The driver is for your key. You can get it at https://sentinel.gemalto.com/support_and_downloads/Download_Drivers/Sentinel_Drivers/
  
  Just download and install the latest driver. It should resolve the issue.
