Installation error for 2020 Design Demo

  I have finally received, downloaded & installed the 2020 Design demo and when I try to open the demo I get an error about the security device is not working or not installed correctly…? Please help!

  Hi Shannon,
  If 2020 was previously installed on the computer that could be causing the issue. The software leaves hidden makers on the computer when it is installed and if it sees that the program has been previously installed it drops out of demo mode.

  Thanks Neil. I guess the person who worked on that station before me installed a demo – I’m trying a different pc so hopefully no issues!
