Installed catalogs not showing in local browser

      I recently upgraded to V12.1.10.100

      I downloaded and installed some catalogs but a couple of them are not showing up in my local browser ( and nx-cl19) both relating to closets.

      The catalogs are showing as being installed within Catalog Manager 12. I can change their names and if I go to reinstall them they are said to already exist.

      What am I doing wrong???

      Hi Kate,

      To be able to use closet catalogs, you would need to have had purchased the closet add on for your license.

      If you have a 2020 Design Complete license, closet would need to be purchased as an add on.

      If you have a 2020 Design Live license, then you should be able to see the catalogs in the program. – If you have this type of license, then I would suggest to contact our support department – 1.866.697.2020 – for assistance.
