Hello,

is there an option with installing FX5 without uninstalling FX3 ?
now when I click INSTALL – it uninstalls automatically the previous installed FX3
and since we have here in Poland some troubles with getting all modules working on FX5 it is great to have both FX3 and FX5 and not only to stay on FX3 :/

Sorry, but there is not an option for you to run two installations in parallel.

Thank you very much for your answer, but that was not my question – if I can run two installations in parallel…

I’m asking if there is such a launch parameter of FX5 installation that will disable FX3 uninstallation.

Since FX3 and FX5 have separate databases (MS-ACCESS in FX3 and SQLite in FX5), they do not interfere with each other.
That’s why I can not see any reason why I would have to uninstall FX3 after installing FX5.
And certainly you can use them together, at the same time.
