Integrated handles Amerock catalog not working

  Anyone know why the integrated handles by Amerock not working -not showing up? is this a bug?

  The Amerock catalog has refreshing issue. Once you apply your styles for the Amerock catalog, you must close/open the drawing and then the hardware will appear in Perspective.

    I’m not sure what else would make the pulls not appear. Perhaps you are using an outdated catalog? Try downloading the latest version of Amerock from your account if you have not already done that. If it still isn’t working properly, I would suggest to reach out to our support department to have an agent take a look. You can reach us by calling 1.866.697.2020.
