invalid local license

      HI, I wanted to try the free trial. Downloaded software , installed it, asks me to login into 20/20 cloud account when starting it. Typed in my user name and password for the account I created and I get invalid local license with error code and then I have to click exit app. So I can not use the free trial? Am I missing something? This is a brand new laptop, never installed 2020 on it. HOw do I fix it or did I miss some setting somewhere?

      Hi Paila,

      We are currently experiencing an issue with the Trial installer where some clients are receiving the Invalid local license error after installing the trial.  We are working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible.  For the time being please either follow the steps given in the Knowledge Center article: CmNetErr #17 Invalid Local License or give us a call at 1-866-697-2020 and one of our techs will get you up and running.
