  I updated my version of 2020 and have lost the Kraftmaid order form. I keep going to install it and a window keeps popping up saying that it can’t locate a version of 2020 Design and closes. Am I doing something wrong? Anyone have any input on how to install it properly?

  Hi Patricia,
  
  Order forms are version specific. You will probably need to go back to the Kraftmaid website and redownload the order form to be able to install it into the latest version.
