When I launch a high-quality rendering, it starts, but then disappears.  Any idea why this might be happening?

I just got a new computer, so I don’t think it is that as I have met system requirements. I have attached a picture of my computer’s specs.

It has a dedicated card for graphics as well.

Never Mind.  I sorted it out.  I think it has to do with saving or refreshing the rendering before launching high-quality renderings.  I had moved an island in my design, then tried to launch high quality without saving after moving the island.  If I save before launching high quality, it works.
