loading catalogs

  I’m having problems loading catalogs. I get a message that reads “Run-time error ‘429’ ActiveX component can’t create object” Help

  That error often occurs because Windows 10 does not have the .net framework v 3.5 enanbled in the setting under, I think its components. Try activating it and if that doesn’t work or you would like a hand activating the component please don’t hesitate to call the 1-866-697-2020 support line and have a technician take a first hand look.
