Can you specify? Is it a budget concern? We know it is not always an easy task to find a trustworthy and skilful handyman. When looking for a general contractor, be sure to check references before you actually hire somebody to do your home renovations. Most contractors do a little designing here and there, usually in conjunction with the homeowner, who may bring photos, sketches, and tear outs from magazines. This is mostly the case for remodelling, where design options are largely constrained by pre-existing conditions. This is where contacting a reputed home renovation company for the job is a wiser choice. I would always suggest going with an established firm while considering remodelling. My friend, Anna is having a similar issue and she and her husband are nearing the end of a bad experience. The freelance contractor they hired for remodelling their kitchen is now over a month late finishing the job and has done a poor quality work. He rarely supervises his own crew or subcontractors and has just generally made this an experience they would never want to repeat.

Hello! A similar problem can be easily solved if you apply the right approach to the selection of a general remodeling contractor. We had experience with a company from San Diego, California. Very professional guys who have experience with computer modeling. Even if they were not initially recommended to us as a company with 30 years of experience, their work with the kitchen, bathroom, and flooring in our house speaks for itself. Design and speed of work at the level that you expect from high-class professionals.
