I am attempting to link my magicplan account to 2020 design live. When I add my credentials under preferences, It tells me the account was linked successfully. However, I do not receive any email afterward, nor am I able to export my magicplan files to 2020.

It seems some of our users are experiencing issues with magic plan at this time. We are currently looking into the matter and will update you once we have more information.

Hi Roman,

There was a slight issue with Magic Plan on their end however we have been notified that it has since been corrected.

Before trying to export to design, follow the below steps:

1. Open the 2020Design Preferences screen and select the “MagicPlan Link” tab

2. Enter magicplan credentials, click “Delete Link”, then “Create Link”

3. Now the export from the magicplan app will work again.

If you continue to have any issues exporting to Design after following the steps above, I would recommend to contact magic plan directly.
