RESOLVED - Login issue affection 2020 Design users

  Please note that earlier this morning our provider detected an issue on their side and this seems to be affecting the login into the application for certain users. They are diligently working on resolving it as quickly as possible

  It would be nice if there were some ongoing updates to this topic as it has now been more than 24 hours since the issue started.
  
  At least once every couple hours would be nice so we can follow and not clog up chat and phone lines to see if there is something we need to do once the issue is corrected.

  Tried calling yesterday and was 35 in line. Hung on for over half an hour. Got down to 4th in line and got a message saying my call could not be taken and to go to the Community for updates.

  Our provider has been working on addressing this issue since yesterday morning and today the final fix will be implemented.
  
  As soon as confirmation is provided that the issue has been fully resolved, we will let you know via this post.
