Missing Catalogs/Setup Fail

      I am attempting to access catalogs through AutoCAD 2019/2020 Cap Studio.  We have them stored on a server so that only need to be updated in one place. For some reason only two of the catalogs are showing up when I try to access them. There should be at least 10. When I try and rerun the setup process it throws an error about the software installed already being more updated. I have tried to remove everything on my machine referencing the server by deleting the files in Program Files, Program Files x86, and Program Data. When I run the setup process again I still get the same error.
