  Is there a “Mover” tool to drag a scaled print preview in Ver 11?

  Hey Corinthian,
  
  In the print preview you can either hold down both mouse buttons at the same time or press and hold the mouse wheel to access the mover. (Your mouse pointer will turn into a hand)
