EdithParticipantHi Chris
I did some research and it seems the message is mostly related to C++.
I would suggest as a first step to make sure all the windows updates are done on your OS, run after that a clean up on the System using for example CCleaner, this can be used to tidy up your temp files and registry.
Let me know how did it go after that,
Edith

ParticipantThanks but I stopped using CCleaner a while ago. Then it got hacked so I was really glad to have stopped using it.

Hopefully the new version will fix the issue.
Thanks

EdithParticipantHi Chris
I wonder where exactly the error will show up, would you be able to confirm the following:
– Will the message occur upon launching the program or performing specific actions? (e.g. doing a rendering, Attributes, placing items, etc.).
– Can you share the steps that will trigger the message.
This information will allow us to point you on the correct direction.
Let me know!

ParticipantThis error showed up twice but I don’t recall what I was doing at the time . If it happens again I will take more notes.
