Hello all! I am a long time woodworker and now I really want to learn powerful design tools like this program.

I should start by saying I am still using the free trial of this program before i buy it so i know it does what i need.

I am trying to understand the best way to have different styles of cabinets to choose from. I keep reading about catalogs . I cant seem to get any catalogs and I am not sure of why.

For starters I am following the starter videos in the program. when the man does  custom cabinets he uses a catalog that he says all users should have but it is not in my choices in the menu he shows to use?

I have made it as far as finding what i think would be cabinets from company’s for all users to use ? When I try to download them I get taken to 2020.net . It wont let me log into it so this is where i stop and not sure what to do?

Let me start by saying I am NOT a fan of this software.  It has cost me quite a bit of time “fixing” things that go wrong.  However, you need to learn about catalogs and download and install them for the software to use.  Then when you go to place a cabinet, you will bring up that catalog by clicking on it (there might already be sample cabinet catalogs).  Then under the tab for items you need to find the option to pick the styles etc…

I would show a picture, but I just had to delete the program and reinstall it and don’t have access to any pictures.

Good luck with any help from the company; they are not know to be very helpful at all and near impossible to get anyone to contact you when you need it.

They once sent me a gift card to Starbucks, as they know they suck, but as there isn’t one here in my area… LOL

It is unfortunate to read that you have been having these issues in our program. The number one way to get in contact with us would be to phone in to our support department. You can reach us by calling 1.866.697.2020. The second best way to contact us would be through our Support email which is Residentailsupport@2020spaces.com. Hi Andy,

As a trial user, you do not have the ability to sign into our website to download the catalogs that we are allowed to distribute. You would have to be a User of the program to do this. As a trial user, you would only be able to use the generic catalogs that come with the program (if you deal with a manufacturer you would be able to have them send you a copy of the catalog to test out).

In the video you are referring to, I believe the man is using the Designer catalogs. If you contact us by emailing your Email address and phone number to Residentailsupport@2020spaces.com, we would then be able to give you a hand with obtaining the catalog.
