      Hi.

      I just installed 2020 Fusion 7 Trial in Windows 10. The first time it run it spend quite some time downloading catalogs and installing them. I did not get any error when it finished. Then the application restarted and I’m greeted with an error message saying “No catalogues have been installed”. After that I get straight into the Manage catalogues dialog which indeed is totally empty. If I click check for updates button I see a dialog saying Connecting to updates server http://foms.fusion.2020.net/catpatcher15/ and another error message saying: “Uninstalled updates exist. Please run Fusion design program to install these before checking for updates again.”

      Running again Fusion results in the same errors.

      In the logs I see also this errors:

      PCSAutoCrash_OnLoadThe remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

      [CffInstallUpdateManagerBase::InstallAvailableUpdates()] ERROR : MessageToObject failed.

      [CfnFOMSMessageFileCreator::AddClientSystemInformation()] ERROR : Failed to set the system info.

      No files installed in Catlib.ini file.;0

      Any suggestion how to make Fusion work?

      Thank you.

      Hi Perico,

      We will need to connect to your machine and have a look at this.

      Kind Regards
