Hi!
Any ideas why I don’t get an image in the 3D display in the preview box (Top Right) in the attributes window?
Thanks!

Hi Corinthian,
That is usually an issue with either your video card or it’s driver. It is a common occurrence in computers that do not have dedicated video cards. The first thing to try is updating the drivers for your video card.

Hi Corinthian,
That’s the issue. It is not a dedicated card. The computer is below spec for the software.

If it’s a notebook, there are various ways of getting an external graphics card to work
If it’s a desktop/tower, throw in an NVidia graphics card.
If you don’t like either of the above, buy a computer that matches or exceeds the minimum required specifications to run 2020 Design! 😎

Thanks Mike,
I think I’ll get my IT guy to install a graphics card.
