trying to change design of cabinets but the menu isn’t working, any solutions??

Hi Kalin,

A registry reset should fix that.  Go into the maintenance tools for 2020.  For version ten the icon is a red toolbox.  Delete your temp files.  They never all disappear so just do it once 🙂

Then run Repair Com and then select 2020 design registry reset to reset your software.  This will set the program back to its default values so any changes you have made to the quick access bar or sorting of the catalog list will need to be redone.

After the registry reset you will lose MOST of your preferences including default wall and finish heights, default textures, default windows and doors and so on. I suggest screen capturing each preference set and storing them in a Word document.
