Hello, I have tried with live chat twice, and it’s not helping. The first person had me check the display setting and the tab setting in preferences which were both already set to inches. It seems to be only occurring with obstacles. I just installed 13.6, if that helps. I can do the math to size this pipe chase, but I’d prefer to skip that extra step.

Is this a known issue, or is there a way to correct the setting on just obstacles. Again, the globals are good.

Hi Christine,

When applying Openings & Obstacles, please make sure you are pulling from the correct catalog. The ‘ROOM’ catalog is in imperial and the ‘ROOM_M’ catalog is metric. This is a common mistake that is thankfully easy to correct! 🙂

That’s exactly what happened. I deselected the metric catalog in preferences, and now it’s grabbing the correct one. Thank you!
