In 2020 Design the Placement wheel with the arrows has gone missing. The Placement windows is there and the 3 dropdown boxes are there but the wheel itself is not visible.

You need to select something on the floor plan to have the wheel appear.

I’ve had users lose the placement wheel and prior to V10.x, we had to registry reset. Post 10.x, I find that switching between ribbon and classic then back again normally fixes the issue.
