Problem loading cloud items

  Is any one else having issues loading decrotive items in to plans from the cloud?? I have spoken to support and they have said they dont deal with it and cant give me an answer as to when the issue will be resolved.
  
  Any help please.

  This normally will happen if one of the configuration files does not load correctly. Normally an isolated issue which does not affect all users.
  
  I am been informed the correction was applied on your program.
