Hi Neil, I´m using catalog tools and the prices have the komma in the wrong place; for example: the price that show Design when drawing is $ 4338 and Catalog tools shows              $ 433.800. I already deleted the catalog and reinstalled it, but the problem continues.

What could I do?

Hi Klaus,

I’m sorry but I’m not sure what you mean by catalog tools.  Are you actually creating a catalog and the prices are not inputting correctly or are you getting the odd pricing after using catalog tools to create a rate?

Hi Neil, thanks for responding, the error is: when I open a installed catalog(with a program called Catalog Tools, provided for my 2020 provider) for updating a price, it show larger numbers, but not any number, it is the same but x100, the thousand point moved. And when I save changes, the price is the largest price. I have Design v11.
