Problems with Printing

  I’ve been having problems with printing my kitchen layouts. The lay out will be printing, then gets canceled half way through. I can’t get a full page print out of any part of the kitchen design. This doesn’t happen with any other program, only with the 2020. This in incredibly frustrating! Any thoughts as to why this would happen?

  Its possible that this is happening because windows is trying to select a default printer for you.
  
  On your computer, go to the Printers & Scanners page and select the printer that you would like to be as default. Then from within the program, you can go to File > Preferences > Overall Settings.. and select the default printer there.
  
  Then test it out! If it still isn’t working correctly after that, I would suggest to contact our support department by calling 1.866.697.2020.
