      1 – Click File, Import.
2 – Select AutoCAD Drawing (*.dwg) in the lower left corner of the Import dialog, choose the dwg file you need, and then click Open.
3 – In the following dialog, add/remove any layer, make sure Drawing is selected and click Next.
4 – Click Finish in the Confirmation dialog.
5 – Click to position the file.

      Hi Melissa,

Save the Autocad file as an earlier version in Autocad. I think 2012 was the last official version of Autocad to be able to import in to 2020 Design.
