Since I loaded version 12.1.10.100, my quote reports are missing items.  Happens in different catalogs that were fine on previous version so something changed in the program.  Seems to be on accessory and trim items so far.  Items show up in the item list window with prices on them, but do not show up on the quote unless I select show “0” price items. Then they show up with a zero price.  I checked the items to see if one or more of the pricing fields were 0’d out and they all have positive prices in them.  Need a fix before we quote out a kitchen missing parts or pricing!   Thanks

Hi Ken,

We have been notified about this issue and are currently working on creating a fix for this bug. It will be released as either a hotfix or a new version. Once I get more information on it, I will be sure to share it here!

Hi Ken,

Some good news for the v12.1 users, the Hotfix should be made available shortly. We are working as quickly as possible to have the Hotfix available by early next week. We will also be sharing a link to its download on the Forums as soon as its released!
