  I downloaded this update and now i cannot use 2020, says my device is not authorized to use this version. It doesn’t warn you that it will not work with some accounts? I now can’t use this program.

    The reason you may be presented this error message is if you are currently off support. If you are off support, you can only update your program to the latest version that was released when you were still on support. To use the program, you would need to uninstall this updated version and install the version you are entitled to use.

    I have not had any issues myself, but just like to know what the new releases are fixing and or adding.
